Pomandére was founded in 2008 by Carlo Zanuso, who is both a designer and an entrepreneur. The Italian brand`s style is rigorous yet fluid, androgynous yet feminine. Nordic taste meets Mediterranean and oriental colours. Pomandére uses experience, taste and skills cultivated for generations in a family atelier and in a historic district of Italian fashion.

From 2022, the brand turned towards sustainability, starting to use 100% eco-sustainable dyes for their garments. Dyeing with organic raw material means that only plants and vegetable waste, such as flowers, berries, peel and roots are used, left to dry and infused, without harmful chemical additives.
